The Board of Directors are elected by the members. Parents and guardians are encouraged to participate in the running of the orchestra by attending meetings and also by volunteering to stand as Board Members. The RYO is run entirely by volunteers. The success of the orchestra to date has been due to the efforts of the Board members, Parents and others who have assisted in various ways. The Board welcomes different skills and experience. Specific requests for help will be included in newsletters throughout the year.
